My Journey
After more than 20 years leading sales in the IT and B2B tech world, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again: teams with great products but stalled pipelines. I’ve closed multi-million-pound deals, built sales teams from the ground up, and made every mistake there is along the way. What I learned is simple: if you pitch too soon, you lose. The real skill is uncovering the problem that matters to the buyer, then building urgency around solving it.
That’s why I started The Selling Collective. My mission is to coach B2B tech sellers and founders to move beyond product-pushing and become trusted advisors. It’s not about more activity, it’s about sharper conversations that drive results. The frameworks I’ve developed are built from real-world experience, not theory and designed to make sales cycles shorter, forecasts more accurate, and growth more predictable.
