The Selling Collective – Terms & Conditions

  1. Validity of Quotations
    Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices, availability, and scope may be reviewed after this period.

  2. Payment Terms
    Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. For monthly or ongoing coaching programmes, payment is required in advance of each month’s sessions. Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month.

  3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    Session cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full. Rescheduled sessions will be accommodated subject to availability.

  4. Scope of Work
    The services provided are limited to those outlined in the accepted proposal or quotation. Additional services requested outside this scope will be subject to a separate quotation and agreement.

  5. Confidentiality
    Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.

  6. Results Disclaimer
    The Selling Collective provides expertise, tools, and coaching to support sales improvement. However, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as results depend on client implementation, market conditions, and external factors outside our control.

  7. Termination
    Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for services already delivered are non-refundable.

  8. Liability
    The Selling Collective shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the engagement. Liability is limited to the value of fees paid under the agreement.

  9. Governing Law
    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  10. The Selling Collective Ltd is not currently VAT registered. All prices shown are final and VAT is not applicable.
